Hi, I’m Dorrie! I’m an ICF-accredited coach at the PCC level. Coaching has been a cornerstone of my professional journey. I’ve had the privilege of being part of the Federal Coach Network and serving as a mentor coach in programs like the Presidential Management Fellows Program, the Federal Internal Coach Training Program, and the HHS Internal Coach Training Program. Through the International Coach Federation, I earned my ACC credential in 2016 and my PCC credential in 2020.
Over the years, I’ve managed organization development initiatives, facilitated workshops, guided working groups, and coached both individuals and teams to achieve their goals. My focus has always been on helping people enhance their professional outcomes, develop their leadership skills, and overcome challenges through meaningful goal-setting and growth.
I spent over three decades working in the Federal Government, (1991 to 2025), where I honed my expertise in coaching using tools like the MBTI and strengths assessments. I’ve taught classes in leadership skills, crucial conversations, change management, communication, conflict management, time management, and presentation skills. I hold a Master’s degree in Education (Instructional Technology) from Towson University and a Certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University.
I believe coaching is about connection, growth, and possibilities. I look forward to building those with you!
